It sure was cold. 15 degrees and windy. Hey, it's Rochester after all. I discovered this place in 2002 on a bike ride, but never checked it out. There wasn't much inside, just a few rooms with lumber, old empty boxes of Genny Cream Ale and somesquatter crap. We found ledgers dating back to the late 1970s and early 1980s. I was surprised the paper lasted that long and was still very legible.
